Power Platform governance rules just got a lot less manual to apply. The new Environment Group Rules Gallery reached general availability on July 27, 2026, giving tenant administrators a centralized, browsable catalog of pre-built policies.

Instead of managing settings individually, administrators can now select standardized security policies from the gallery and distribute them across entire environments instantly.
