    • Project Initiation Request App (PIR): Managed details of land acquisition and construction, automating resource allocation and site setup with integrated security features.
    • Room and Travel Request Systems: Streamlined booking and room allocation processes with automated e-forms and approval workflows.
    • Cash Reimbursement System: Simplified the process for submitting and approving reimbursement claims, enhancing financial operations.

The newly implemented portal and customized applications significantly enhanced user adoption rates and operational efficiency at Sandals.
