By 2015, Hillsboro embarked on migrating their existing SharePoint environment to a new SharePoint Foundation 2013 platform. Although data migration was initially successful, the project was not fully completed due to resource reallocations. This resulted in only select sites being migrated or developed anew, with many continuing to rely on outdated systems. In 2018, Hillsboro reached out to SimpleSharepoint to retire their old SharePoint servers and migrate all remaining data into a unified SharePoint 2013 farm with a SQL 2014 server backend.

Our comprehensive services for the City of Hillsboro included:

• Constructing a new SharePoint 2013 farm to centralize data and operations.
• Incrementally migrating sections from the outdated 2010 and 2013 platforms to the new system.
