The firm used various portal products but lacked effective communication channels to convey company wellness and foster a people-oriented culture.
What We Did
We undertook a comprehensive digital experience design project, resulting in a user-friendly and visually appealing intranet. This new portal centralized data from multiple sources onto the homepage, supported by an admin area for easy updates.
The Result
The intranet significantly improved internal communications, with features like a community center, monthly spotlight, staff news, and a video carousel, all on an attractive page. Additionally, a content management system was implemented to simplify content updates, making the portal easy for staff to maintain.
